Each Cece DuPraz order is custom-made to be as unique and special as the individual it's created for. With this in mind, please allow 3 weeks from the order date for your shipment to leave our doors—we strive to be as efficient as we are meticulous but will never sacrifice quality for speed. Order Processing for your own Bespoke Items
It is important to note, to please allow 3 weeks from the time WE receive your items at Cece DuPraz headquarters, until the time that your items are kissed and leave our doors to return home to you.
At this time we are accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to get in touch with us about a different billing method please feel free to contact us.
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders shipping outside the state of Massachusetts. For all orders shipping to Massachusetts a sales tax of 6.25% does apply.
Shipment and Fulfillment
Shipments within the US and Canada are done via UPS therefore we do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship from our headquarters in Marblehead Massachusetts, approximate standard shipping time is 5 business days from fulfillment of order. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, we are only responsible for the time it takes to create every Cece DuPraz kissed order. If you would like to expedite shipping, please choose UPS 3 day select, UPS 2nd day air or UPS next day air.
For shipping outside the US and Canada, we use UPS Worldwide Expedited where available. Please note, Cece DuPraz is not responsible for any customs fees or dues, those will be passed on to the customer directly.

Cece DuPraz strives for customer satisfaction- we want you to love your purchase and we want your recipient to love you a little more by receiving it! Your Cece DuPraz-kissed item is designed for you and only you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns. Please take time to proofread all spelling and typing as all sales on bespoke items, sale items and monogrammed items are final.
While we strive for perfection, we’re still only human and occasionally an error can occur! In the event that your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error (this does not include negligence in proofreading of the order on the customers end), please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we offer the following reimbursement: For a Cece DuPraz item we will fully replace the item ASAP. For Cece DuPraz bepoke monogramming services, which includes customers own materials, we can not accept responsibility for mechanical error. We would do our best to provide an amicable solution if there is a problem but please note, that we are not responsible for damage to a customers material in the monogramming process. By sending us your item, you agree to this condition. Please keep this in mind when using our services, as we are working with machine embroidery vs. hand embroidery therefore greater risk of mechanical error.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
