Each personalized embroidery order is hand stitched in our studio in Marblehead MA. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be processed, designed, packaged & shipped back to you or to the gift recipient.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, unless otherwise specified to rush our embroidered goodness your way!
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
All Cece DuPraz orders that are shipping to a different address than the billing address, even if it’s not noted that it is a gift, we skip including receipt just in case!
Cece DuPraz strives for customer satisfaction- we want you to love your purchase and we want your recipient to love you a little more by receiving it! Your Cece DuPraz-kissed item is designed for you and only you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns.
Please take time to proofread all spelling and typing as all sales on bespoke items, sale items and monogrammed items are final.
When ordering your item, simply write us any note about your order in the “custom notes” section. We will see your request there, and should be able to accommodate!
We do! Through our Bespoke Embroidery service we are able to take items that you provide, and stitch our designs on them.
We recommend treating all embroidered items gently to ensure a long life. Hand washing is best, or gentle cycle wash, lay flat to dry, and low heat iron to refresh. If you have a question about a particular item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
